RaShauna Hamilton, Vice President of Fan Growth and Community of the Washington Spirit Professional Women’s Soccer Team to headline Executive Women’s Day
RICHMOND, Virginia – RaShauna Hamilton, Vice President of Fan Growth and Community of the D.C.-based Washington Spirit Professional Women’s Soccer Team will serve as the luncheon keynote during Executive Women’s Day at this year’s Dominion Energy Charity Classic. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University’s Center for Sport Leadership program, Hamilton is intimately familiar with the Richmond community.
Professional women from across the Richmond region will gather at The Country Club of Virginia Westhampton Clubhouse on October 13 for the sold-out event. Held during Dominion Energy Charity Classic tournament week, Executive Women’s Day generates and strengthens business and social relationships by providing an exclusive and engaging environment for like-minded professional women. The day-long networking event focuses on topics such as corporate leadership, network expansion and philanthropy — using a professional golf event as a business and relationship builder. The theme for the 2025event is “IMPACT,” with guest speakers each focusing their remarks on how they have used their professional platforms to help pave the way for other women. The luncheon is presented by Troutman Pepper Locke and will be moderated by Richard Coughlan, Associate Professor of Management at the University of Richmond Robins School of Business and host of its C-Suite Conversations speaker program.
In addition to Hamilton’s participation as the luncheon keynote, this year’s Power Panel Breakfast presented by Davenport & Company will feature:
Molly Gallatin, Vice President, Communications, 2026 Special Olympics USA Games
Madeline McCracken, Sporting Director, Richmond Ivy Soccer Club
Kirsten Sabia, Vice President, Brand Activation, PGA TOUR
Reba Hollingsworth, Co-Anchor of CBS6 This Morning, as the panel moderator
The day also includes a networking session between breakfast and lunch and finishes off in the afternoon with a “Wine Down” session. Gallo Wines, the tournament’s preferred wine for 2025, has invited Nicole Hitchcock, J Vineyards & Winery Estate Director, to speak with guests during the session.
As part of the tournament’s ongoing commitment to community impact, the Dominion Energy Charity Classic is proud to partner with Boots to Suits, a non-profit organization that provides professional clothing to male and female veterans transitioning to the civilian workforce. Leading up to Executive Women’s Day, twenty female veterans will receive personalized fittings and complimentary work attire through the Boots to Suits program. These veterans will participate in the morning networking session alongside Executive Women’s Day attendees and attend the Heroes Luncheon presented by Strata Clean Energy later that day. To support this initiative, Executive Women’s Day guests are encouraged to bring new and gently used professional attire to donate on-site at Executive Women’s Day for the Boots to Suits donation drive.
“Utilizing the tournament and the sport of golf to engage women leaders and foster growth and new relationships has been a welcome piece of the annual event week schedule,” said Steve Schoenfeld, Executive Director of the Dominion Energy Charity Classic. “We are looking forward to hosting our sponsors and their guests for what is sure to be a fantastic and memorable day.”
The host for Executive Women’s Day is Gail Letts, chair of the tournament’s Executive Women’s Day committee and CEO and Founder of Letts Consult.
